Project team in Estonia

Riina Kuusik-Rajasaar, Program Manager
Riina holds BA in International Relations from Graceland University and a Master's degree in Political Science from the University of Tennessee, USA. She has worked at UNHCR's refugee camps in Africa and is a long-time volunteer for the Amnesty International and UNICEF. For years she has been a lecturer of International at higher educational institutes in Tallinn, and a promoter of global education and Fairtrade in Estonia. She is Member of Board of NGO Mondo.

Johanna Helin, Program Consultant
Johanna holds a Master's degree in Social Anthropology from Helsinki and Sussex Universities. She has coordinated global education and development cooperation projects in Namibia, Ghana, and Guinea, and has lead several development education projects in Estonia. Currently she is Director of Global Education Centre and Chair of Board of NGO Mondo.

Taavi Raidma, Program consultant
Taavi holds a degree in economics and management from Wheaton College (MA, USA). He has worked as a business consultant, conducted research on the effectiveness of rural financial intermediation in South Africa and is the Chair of United World Colleges National Committee of Estonia. He is Member of Board of NGO Mondo.

For monitoring the usage of sponsorship funds the 8-member commission has been established in Kongo village. The leader of the Association is Mr. Victor More who is also the member of Kongo village Primary School Management Committee (SMC).
