On 10th of May an African Event was organized

New project of NGO Mondo “A small gift is a big help” establishes a child sponsorship scheme for children in Ghana. It’s the first opportunity for Estonian individuals to directly support developing countries. And to do that via supporting education of children.

 

African event was held on Sunday, 10th of May 2009, on the Mothers Day in Tallinn. Tanzania-Finland duo PolePole - Arnold Chiwalala ja Topi Korhonen- performd with African music concert. And discussion round took place with guest speakers Eric Boamah from Ghana and Paul Senosi from South Africa who both have been working as teachers in small village and slum schools in their home countries.

NGO Mondo works with Kongo village in Ghana and gives you the opportunity to support education of children who have lost their parents.

The project "A small gift is a big help" is financed by National Foundation of Civil Society.
